BizLifeCon

Two-Day Experience Built from Experience, Fueled by Choice

For women building profitable, sustainable businesses that support their full lives.

Denver, Colorado on May 7 and 8, 2026

Welcome to BizLifeCon 2026

Two days. Over 20 experiences from open mic conversations, working sessions, and guest-engaged panels, to our resident deejay, DJ Cyn.

Powered by SecondActWomen, this is your business conference.

New Kind of Women’s Experience

BizLifeCon is designed to feel like the corporate conferences many of us once attended, but built for women who now own the work, the decisions, and the direction and life in the second half. It brings together female founders who know the basics and ready for sharper thinking, real conversations, and meaningful connections.

Expect business strategy, lived insight, and space to connect and reconnect with what matters most in our companies and life in the second act, without the corporate fluff or one-size-fits-all playbooks.

  • Denver, Colorado, at the woman-owned Comedy Works South

  • Thursday and Friday, May 7 and 8, 2026

  • Open to people identifying as women over 21.

“Your second act deserves a standing ovation, and BizLifeCon is the room where it happens.”

Barbara Brooks, founder of SecondActWomen and event host

Women are one of the most powerful economic forces in the country, yet they remain the most overlooked. But shouldn’t be because if we are talking age, one in three people today is over 50, and by 2030, one in five people will be 65+. A Silver Tsunami is coming, and now is the time to get on board. We control a $15 trillions in buying authority, from household decisions to health, finance, travel, beauty, auto, and lifestyle purchases. And we do it while shaping culture, leading companies, and driving entire communities.

When brands sponsor our programs, they are tapping into this power dynamic.

BizLifeCon. Our origin story

Now in its ninth year, BizLifeCon has become a trusted space for women ready to launch, have launched, and build businesses on their own terms. Created in 2019, the national summit was launched to help advance seasoned women, as the market lacked special events and programs for female founders over 40 across America.

Produced by SecondActWomen and its founder, Barbara Brooks, alongside a bevy of fabulous volunteers, including our event leader, Kristen Asleson from the great state of Minnesota, the conference evolves each year in tandem with the women it serves, and this year will be no exception.

Today, the event is open to women over 21. There is no better time than now to come together intergenerationally.
