Biz+LifeCon

Two-day experience for BoomingGenXMillennial® fempreneurs building on what’s now and what’s next — using everything they already know.

Denver, Colorado at Comedy Works on May 7 & 8, 2026

Welcome to BizLifeCon 2026

Two days. Over 20 experiences from open mic conversations, working sessions and guest-engaged panels, to live comedy and our house DJ.

New Kind of Women’s Experience

This is not a beginner conference.

This is a room full of women who are launching, have built, pivoted, learned, and are still in motion.

BizLifeCon is designed to feel like the corporate conferences many of us once attended, but built for women who now own the work, the decisions, and the direction and life in the second half. It brings together women entrepreneurs who know the basics and are ready for sharper thinking, real conversations, and meaningful connections. Expect business strategy, lived insight, and space to connect and reconnect with what matters most in our companies and life in the second act, without the corporate fluff or one-size-fits-all playbooks.

Dates, Location

What Makes BizLifeConDifferent

It’s built for where you are now

BizLifeCon is more of an experience. It’s curated with intentionality and designed for women who are not chasing permission, credentials, or confidence. Been there done that.

You bring experience. We build from there.

What you can expect:

Business & Life sessions rooted in real world BoomingGenXMillennial® experience

Sessions built around you and how businesses actually run, grow, and make money, paired with honest conversations about age, health, visibility, and life in the second half.

No highlight reels or theory. Real world tools and resources.

Music, energy, and fun that feel grown, not gimmicky

A setting that keeps the energy up with our house DJ, DJ Cyn and the experience engaging, without forced networking or performative hype.

Plus, an old school PJ party at our host hotel, Apiary for those booking rooms to get away.

Convos that go beyond surface level success stories

Real discussions about what’s working, what’s not, and the decisions behind the results, including how women navigate leadership, longevity, and life changes in the second half.

Who Is This For

Female founders 40+ who

  • are building or scaling a business.

Sponsor or Pop-Up

Women over 40 are one of the most powerful economic forces in the country, yet they remain the most overlooked. Not at our event.

One in three people today is over 50, and by 2030, one in five people will be 65+. A Silver Tsunami is coming, and now is the time to get on board. We control a $15 trillions in buying authority, from household decisions to health, finance, travel, beauty, auto, and lifestyle purchases. And we do it while shaping culture, leading companies, and driving entire communities.

When brands sponsor us, they are tapping into her real stories and real needs through SecondActWomen events, Barbara Brooks’ media voice, our podcast The House of Middlescence, and The 40+ Lab insights. We help companies understand her, speak to her, and build with her in ways that feel smart, honest, and grounded in who women are today.

About BizLifeCon

Now in its ninth year, BizLifeCon has become a trusted space for BoomingGenxMillennial women ready to launch, build, amplify, and evolve on their own terms. Created in 2019, the national summit was launched to help advance women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, as the market lacked special events and programs for female founders and seasoned professionals across America.

Produced by SecondActWomen and its founder Barbara Brooks, alongside a bevy of fabulous volunteers, the event brings together entrepreneurs, creatives, and seasoned leaders who understand that experience is not a limitation. It is an advantage, and they are just getting started.

Each year, the conference evolves in tandem with the women it serves, and this year will be no exception. Ready to say yes?

Save $40 today through March 15 and remember, you may be able to write this off your taxes.

Fly in. Denver’s easy to get to from anywhere. We have you covered with special room rates at the brand-spanking new Apiary Hotel, a Marriott collection. Even if you live in Denver, get a room and join us for our post-BizLifeCon PJ party in host, Barbara Brooks’ suite.

Note: Ask your tax accountant about the write off.
